i hate it when...
i do something spontaneous and it doesn’t work out. like today, i got out of work and hour and half early so that i could spend some time with my rents. neither one of them will pick up their phone. this makes rae a bit of a sad panda.

i've reached the point
where on a calendar i can see the end. i can count the number of days off i have before my last day on one hand (3 halves and 1 full). i can count the number of work days one 2 hands (10.) and on my calendar i can actually see the day, hanging on the wall that is marked in bright hilighter - MOVE IN @ NOON.

for my road trip to rochester i got 2 new cds - loyalty to loyalty by the cold war kids and living thing by peter bjorn and john
so far i’m still decided - some of the tracks are great
some… i’m not so sure
either way, i feel like i still need to get a larger sampling of the cold war kids. they could very well become one of my favorite bands
university of rochester
tuesday i drove the 4 hours and some change to go see niki at school for a couple days. with her being a d’lion (a junior ra if you will) my only real option to visit her before school starts for me was freshman orientation week. they moved the last freshman in at 5 on tuesday and i arrived at 7.
